House-swapping is the latest trend to hit the property world. With around ten thousand properties registered with swap websites, it's a brilliant way to avoid the dreaded property chain and make that move onwards. Presenter Kristian Digby meets people who want to swap their home permanently, then shows them three properties to find their perfect match. This time he sets out to find the perfect house swap for two single mums. With son George away at university, Geunor Taverner wants to swap her modern, four-bedroom family home near Cheltenham in Gloucestershire for a smaller house and a fresh start. Caroline Clement wants to swap her pretty railway cottage in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire for a house closer to Cheltenham so that she and daughter Claire can be within reach of shops, restaurants and friends. After they have swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it is up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations, will the two mums decide to swap homes for good?
