Series following the doctors and nurses at one of the UK's busiest trauma centres, the Royal London. A 44-year-old woman donates her kidney to give her sister the chance of a new life. The air ambulance brings in a teenager after a high speed motorbike accident, and a great-grandfather is rushed to A&E with a potentially life-threatening problem.
