Holby City - Series 12 - Apply Some Pressure

When a porters' strike hits Holby, Mark learns that negotiation is the only way to resolve a dispute. He so impresses Cunningham with his management skills and is encouraged to apply for a new position. Connie is furious to discover she hasn't got the DOS position - it has become a job-share between Ric and Michael. She decides to muscle in on Joseph's research and persuades an old school friend to be involved. Michael doesn't want to play second fiddle to Ric, but with his current marriage problems, will he be able to park his ego for the time being?
