Governments in the European Union are exploring what to do after Ireland's rejection of the Lisbon Treaty to reform the expanded EU. France and Germany described the 'No' vote as a serious blow but have urged the EU to press ahead with the project. However, the Czech president said ratification could not continue now. Interviewed by Noel Thompson, Ireland's Europe Minister Dick Roche says a solution will not be found soon and that the problem is Europe's and not Ireland's alone.
