Eating with the Enemy - North East Semi-Final

Who's going to hold their nerve and pull off a perfect performance in the North East regional final? Three contestants face the Enemy and one will be eliminated after the main course. Only two will get to make dessert. The winner will go on to the final to bid for the title: Eating with the Enemy's home cook champion.
