Eating with the Enemy - Georgie and Nina

Two home cooks compete to impress four of the country's toughest and most feared food critics. Their aim is to convince this panel of culinary judges that home cooking can knock the spots of sophisticated restaurant food. The series will play out as a regional competition which will run five days a week for a month, culminating in a national final. Eating with the Enemy's presenter, top TV chef James Martin, will mentor and monitor the amateur cooks both at the cook-offs and at their homes, before they take their dishes on a journey from their own kitchens to a hothouse professional kitchen. Both Georgie from Northern Ireland and Nigerian-born Nina are in for a rough ride with the Enemy over their menus in today's show. One dish goes up in smoke in the kitchen - but can the home cook responsible make another in time? And when the contestants get a sneak preview of the savage reviews, one of them doesn't take it lightly.
