Dev - Dev's 'Mystery Voice'

Dev got left a message by a former star of stage & screen. He's known to be a big fan of them and their work (he blatantly admits to just actually fancying them..) but somehow didn't manage guess who they were from their voice. Er, right. But who was it? Also, Dev reckons he's cottoned-on to a potential money-making scam. Can he search the R1 computer and get 'bloopers' (clips of celebs and DJs messing up etc) and send them off to 'You've Been Framed'? They don't say it HAS to be a video you send in, do they?
