Delia - Desserts

Delia does desserts, including Portuguese custard tarts, no cook cheesecake, a wonderful pancake concoction called Kaiser Schmarm and a delicious chocolate ricotta mousse. All the recipes use readymade ingredients that cut corners and take the fuss out of cooking.
