This week we speak to the front man of one of music's most controversial bands. Corey Taylor is one of the most charismatic and respected singers on the rock scene. He's won a Grammy, headlined Download Festival and sold over 10 million albums worldwide with one of hard rock's most extreme and theatrical acts - Slipknot. Slipknot are all set to celebrate ten years since they exploded onto the rock scene with the release of a special anniversary edition of their seminal eponymous debut album on 9 September. On the very same day they are planning to host and headline a one-day festival in their hometown of Des Moines. Being in Slipknot has been like riding on a rollercoaster since the very beginning, what with injuries, in-fighting and rumours of splits constantly generating headlines; never mind the music. Corey tells the Slipknot story; from their humble beginnings as a small town group to worldwide fame; the attention, the press, and of course...the masks. They've literally sweated more blood, sweat and tears than hundreds of other bands put together.
