Boxing: Great Britain Championships - 2010

The biggest amateur boxing event to be staged in Great Britain for over a decade takes place at Liverpool's Echo Arena. The best male and female amateur boxers from England, Scotland and Wales compete in this brand-new competition against members of Team GB's elite podium squad. Victory for a boxer not currently in the elite squad comes with a very big prize - the right to join the squad for an assessment period with full funding and the chance to compete at the London 2012 Olympics.
