Children's animation in which Andy Pandy and his friends. Looby Loo and Teddy have endless fun in their candy-coloured world. Teddy is having a hard time of it painting a picture of his house. He has just about given up when Andy suggests a novel way of getting his house drawn - with some paper and wax crayons.
