Dave Pearce meets stadium dance band Faithless to talk about their life in electronic music. Best known for their massive hits 'Insomnia' and 'God Is A DJ', the group - AKA Sister Bliss, Maxi Jazz and producer Rollo, recently released their brand new album 'The Dance', featuring collaborations with Blancmange, Dido and remixes from Tiesto and Armin Van Burren. They also have a busy summer of festivals lined up after a rapturously received performance at this year's Glastonbury Festival. Dave, who was the first person to play Faithless on BBC Radio 1 back in 1995, meets Maxi and Blissy to talk about their career, their new album and what draw them to electronic music. On the way the band pick tracks which have which influenced and inspired them to make music over the last 30 years from the likes of Underworld, Human League, Eric B and Rakim and Donna Summer. In the last half hour, there's a chance to hear a classic live performance from the group, first recorded for the BBC in 2004.
