Pioneering dance duo Orbital return for the second instalment of their 6 Mix residency, playing the tunes which have influenced and inspired them. Orbital - aka brothers Paul and Phil Hartnoll - had big hits in the 1990s with tracks like Satan and The Saint and recently reunited for a string of festival appearances and UK tour. This week they play tracks from Scott Walker, David Bowie, Cabaret Voltaire, and Severed Heads and talk about how they influenced them as teenagers. There's also an exclusive On U Sound reggae mix from Paul Hartnoll in the last hour of the show, featuring tunes from Dub Syndicate, Tackhead and Gary Clail. Orbital return for a third 6 Mix show in September.
